Duality

Duality speaks to the opposite but interconnecting soft and dark feminine energy that awakens and quietens in each woman, depending on their circumstances and state of mind. The internet was rife with images of soft feminine and dark feminine in the year 2024, each leaning towards a narrative of either or. The artist believes we are made of both sides. Women are made of strength and kindness and as such we are unique in our powerful compassion and our compassionate power. This piece is a mixed media painting, with texture and foil to create depth and dimension.
